Donri Heise & Murray Helmer is the owner of Action Fitness

Health and fitness buffs Donri Heise and Murray Helmer are proud to provide high quality and accessible fitness services and equipment in the growing community of 100 Mile House. Action Fitness opened its doors in the late 1990’s in order to fill that niche and has been helping locals get fit and achieve their health goals for 15 years. In addition to a complete fitness facility and classes, the two are proud of the customer service and BCRPA-certified training they’re able to provide.

Both Donri and Murray love outdoor activities, something that 100 Mile House offers in abundance. Though their business keeps them busy, they enjoy getting outside when they’re able. They particularly like to paddle, row, skate, bike and backpack. “It’s not about how badly you want it, it’s about how hard you’re willing to work for it” is a mantra that Donri and Murray live by, whether it’s in regard to personal health and fitness or their business. The two have worked hard to establish and grow their business and they encourage their clients to work with the same dedication when it comes to getting healthy.

Action Fitness offers a variety of fitness equipment for cardio and aerobic exercise plus a full range of strength training options. Affordable and flexible membership packages include an ongoing schedule of fitness classes, or simply drop-in workouts.
